WHAT TYPE OF CASES DOES HIGH WYCOMBE MAGISTRATES COURT DEAL WITH?

High Wycombe Magistrates Court deals with a wide variety of alleged offences.  Most of these are motoring matters.  These may be imprisonable for example drink driving, drug driving, failing to stop after an accident and dangerous driving.  These offences may also be non imprisonable for example speeding, driving without due care and attention, driving without insurance and driving whilst using a mobile phone.
